The route is at least a mile longer detouring around crevasses using a large part of the Emmons Route after reaching the top of the Disappointment Cleaver. I'm pretty sure of our route across Emmons, I'm less sure of the route across the top - but we may have crossed all the way back over to the top section of the Gibraltar Ledges route, and possibly the Nisqually route. It was cool seeing that much of the mountain - and all the open crevasses - but next time I think I want to go early season and take Ingraham Direct.
